Your information is used solely to respond to inquiries, provide quotations, deliver our design services, process payments where applicable, improve our website, and communicate project updates or promotional information with your consent. Although we implement appropriate security measures to safeguard your information, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure, and therefore absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

The Perspective provides professional services including architecture, interior design, space planning, residential, commercial and retail design, 2D drawings, 3D visualization, design consultation, and turnkey project support. All quotations provided by us remain valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. Projects commence only after the quotation has been accepted, the required advance payment has been received, and the project scope has been mutually agreed upon. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, site access where applicable, and payments according to the agreed schedule. Delays in approvals, information, or payments may result in corresponding delays to project delivery. Minor revisions may be included depending on the project agreement; however, additional revisions, design modifications, or changes to the agreed scope may attract additional charges.

All drawings, concepts, renderings, layouts, presentations, photographs, graphics, text, project documentation, website content, logos, branding, and design materials created by The Perspective remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing after full payment. No content from this website or any project may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Due to the customized nature of architecture and interior design services, consultation fees, advance payments, and payments made for completed work are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice, and charges will apply for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. The Perspective reserves the right to suspend or terminate a project due to non-payment, violation of agreed terms, or unforeseen circumstances. Where applicable, refunds for services not yet delivered may be processed after deducting charges for completed work. Digital deliverables, including drawings, renderings, presentations, and design files, cannot be returned or refunded once they have been shared with the client.

For physical products offered through our website, including handmade candles or home décor products, standard orders are generally processed within two to five business days, while customized or bulk orders may require additional production time. Delivery timelines depend on the destination and courier service availability. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Perspective is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a product arrives damaged, customers should notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with clear photographs for assessment. Customized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

The information, design concepts, renderings, images, and visualizations displayed on this website are provided for general informational and illustrative purposes only. While we strive to ensure that all information is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. Actual project outcomes may vary due to site conditions, material availability, manufacturing differences, contractor execution, client-requested changes, statutory approvals, or other practical considerations. Any timelines displayed on the website are estimates and may change depending on project complexity, approvals, procurement, weather, labor availability, or unforeseen events.

These policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
